SHIPPING & RETURNS

PROCESSING TIME

We typically process orders to ship within 1-2 business days.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Please allow 2-7 days to receive your order, after processing.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your order, after processing.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed to ship, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

ORDER SPLITS & BACKORDERS

On occasion, we may split your order. If your order is split, separate tracking numbers will be sent for each shipment. If you place an order where one or more of the items is backordered, we may ship the available item(s) first and ship your backordered item(s) once available.

DELIVERY ISSUES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If an order is placed with an incorrect shipping address, we must be notified immediately and we will do our best to get the address corrected prior to shipping. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you experience a problem with the delivery of your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to get it resolved. You can also contact us with your order number and issue for additional recommendations on recovering your shipment.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, contact us with your order number to obtain a return authorization within 7 days of receiving your shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 14 days by email along with a photo of the damage/imperfection. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for items that are deemed defective or damaged. Approved returns that are not damaged or defective will receive a refund for the purchase amount, less shipping charges. In order to receive a refund, items must be returned unused and in their original packaging (protective wrapping and box). Sale items noted as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return/exchange unless damaged or defective.
